So the other day I mentioned some large retail banks, interest rates had hit 5% on the 30 year fixed mortgage. They are still there on their websites today. But our rates for FHA are definitely lower today on the 30 year fixed mortgage. Conventional rates vary by credit score, so keep in mind that when you need a conventional mortgage.
